Ball Cap

Cut from 100% cotton, garment-washed after construction rather than before. The wash softens the hand, breaks the structure slightly, and produces a faded finish that looks earned rather than applied. It improves with wear in the way that treated finishes do not.

Six-panel construction, unstructured crown, low profile. The brim is pre-curved and stays that way. Six embroidered eyelets, one per panel. Adjustable buckle strap at the back, one size fits most.

The Écuyer mark is machine embroidered at the front panel in rayon thread, centred and sitting low on the crown where a chest mark would on a polo. Same digitization, same thread family, same mark.

Hand washing preserves the shape and the embroidery longest. If machine washing, cold water, gentle cycle, inside out. Do not tumble dry. The hat is already broken in. Keep it that way.
